In short

The CloudySec Digest is a curated, AI-assisted summary of public security reporting. Every story links to its original publisher; we do not reproduce articles in full. If you believe a piece on this site infringes a copyright you hold, misrepresents your work, or contains inaccurate information about you, write to us at legal@cloudyrion.com. We acknowledge every notice within 48 hours.

What a notice should include

To process a request quickly, please include the following. We will act on incomplete notices in good faith but a complete one is faster.

  • The full URL of the page on this site you are writing about (for example, https://digest.cloudyrion.com/reader/article/…).
  • The capacity in which you are writing — e.g. rightsholder, authorised agent, named subject, or original source.
  • The specific basis for the request — copyright (§16 / §23 UrhG), press-publisher right (§§87f–87h UrhG / DSM Art. 15), personality right, factual inaccuracy, or other.
  • Where applicable, identification of the work claimed to be infringed: title, original URL, and date of first publication.
  • A statement, signed or by verifiable e-mail, that the information given is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Your name and contact details for our reply.

What we do, and how quickly

Acknowledge
Within 48 hours of receipt at legal@cloudyrion.com, by return e-mail, we confirm receipt and assign a reference number.
Provisional measures
For prima-facie credible copyright or press-right notices, we may suppress or unlist the contested item from the live site while we evaluate, before the full review concludes.
Evaluate
We re-read the page in question against your notice and our editorial record (including the source-text hash, prompt version, and similarity metrics retained at publication time).
Decide
Within ten working days of acknowledgement we either (a) remove the item, (b) edit it, (c) replace it with a headline-and-link stub, or (d) decline the request with reasons.
Communicate
We reply in writing with the decision and the version history of the item. We do not delete content silently.

Counter-notices and disputes

If we have removed or edited content following a notice and you believe the removal was incorrect — for example, because you are the original author and the notice was filed by a third party in error — write to legal@cloudyrion.com with the reference number and your account of the matter. We retain final editorial discretion, but a counter-notice will be read by the same person who made the removal decision.

Sources we repeatedly cannot reuse

Where a publisher has formally objected to our use of their material, we add the source to a permanent exclusion list. Items from that source are not crawled, summarised, or republished going forward. The list is reviewed annually.

Notices made in bad faith

Knowingly false notices — for example, claiming rights you do not hold in order to suppress lawful coverage — may expose the sender to liability under §§ 823, 826 BGB and § 4 UWG. We retain a record of every notice received, including IP and message headers.
